What are the limits of Excel to PDF?
XLSX files up to 10 MB; up to 40 MB expanded. Select sheets by their exact names. Cached values and document settings are used; this is not a live spreadsheet or guaranteed formula recalculation. Complex charts, custom fonts and unsupported features can differ. Macros, ActiveX and executable attachments are rejected. Processing stays in this browser. No input files, fonts or reports are uploaded. Engines download from this website on first use; no external document links are fetched. PDFs up to 20 MB / 200 pages unless a stricter limit is stated; output up to 80 MB. Close or clear the editor to discard the local draft.
