What are the limits of Dataset Sampler & Splitter?

Seeded sampling is reproducible, not cryptographic. Random or stratified sampling and random, stratified or group-isolated splitting are supported. Group mode keeps each supplied group in one partition and may miss exact target sizes. Original rows are unchanged. Partition ratios sum to 100. Inputs stay in browser memory. No workbook is created. Table limits: 5 MB total text, 25,000 rows, 64 columns and 200,000 cells; expensive operations have stricter limits. Processing can be cancelled.
