What are the limits of Subtitle Translation Aligner?
This aligns an existing translation; it does not translate text. Up to 2,000 original cues, 1 MB per text file. Plain translation uses blank-line-separated cue blocks, preserving line breaks inside each block. SRT/VTT translations can align by order or overlapping time. Review mismatches: timing overlap can assign a translation to more than one cue. Export requires a nonempty translation for every original cue. Original timings remain unchanged; bilingual text is limited to 2,000 characters per cue. Files and text are processed in your browser. No uploads, external font services or model calls. Nothing is saved automatically; refreshing clears the session. Downloaded files contain the content you choose to export.
