Omnikitz uses browser storage to remember choices. Your uploaded documents are not saved in cookies or local storage.
Essential and optional categories
Essential preferences keep your theme and cookie choices working and are always enabled. Cookie-based Google Analytics is optional and stays off until accepted. Choose “Essential only” to use the site without Google Analytics, “Accept all” to enable Google Analytics, or “Preferences” to choose by category. No advertising category is active.
Preferences used by the site
| Storage | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| theme · local storage | Remembers light or dark mode. | Until you change or clear it. |
| omnikitz.analytics.v1 · local storage | Remembers whether you allowed or declined analytics. | Until you change or clear it. |
| _ga and _ga_* · optional cookies | Google Analytics visitor/session measurement after opt-in. | Controlled by Google Analytics settings and your browser; commonly up to two years, and may be shorter. |
Optional analytics
Google Analytics does not load until you choose “Accept all” or enable “Usage analytics” and save your preferences. It may then set measurement cookies and measure visits, scrolling, and outbound link clicks. Declining has no effect on tool functionality. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our integration.
Cookieless page counts
Vercel Web Analytics runs independently of this Google Analytics choice to report aggregate page views and approximate visitors. Our integration uses no analytics cookies, custom events or visitor identification. Page URLs exclude query strings and fragments. See the Privacy Policy for details. Content blockers may prevent collection.
Change your choice
Use the Cookie settings button in this section to manage essential preferences and optional usage analytics. Turning it off stops further Analytics collection on this device and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site. It does not delete data already processed by Google. Clearing browser storage resets the preference; using another device or browser requires a separate choice.
Browser settings and content blockers can also limit cookies and analytics. Removing the theme preference only resets the display choice. Closing or reloading a tool clears its in-memory document workspace, but does not delete files you downloaded yourself.
Advertising cookies
AdSense ads are not currently enabled. If advertising is introduced, this policy will be updated with the actual services and choices in use. The current analytics preference control is not an advertising consent platform.
