These terms describe use of Omnikitz, published by Team Hypomnema. Using a tool does not require a visitor account or payment. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. Questions can be sent to team.hypomnema@gmail.com.
Your files and permissions
You retain your rights in documents you select and the resulting files. Only process material you own or have permission to use. Selecting a file does not transfer its ownership to us or give us a license to publish it. Processing is local; we do not review or moderate your document contents.
Permitted use
Use the tools lawfully. Do not use the site to infringe someone’s rights, distribute harmful software, impersonate others, disrupt the service, or attempt to access systems without permission. Do not generate artificial advertising clicks or ask others to click ads. Any future advertising must remain distinct from tool controls.
Review your results
Always keep the original file and inspect a downloaded result before relying on it. Corrupt, encrypted, or unusual documents may fail. Page operations can change document-level features such as bookmarks, signatures, attachments, forms, or accessibility tags. Text conversion may change reading order and does not preserve exact layout. Image-only documents need OCR. Image to Word provides local English OCR with editable table review; recognition and complex layouts can contain errors.
Availability and limitations
The tools are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free output, preservation of every document feature, or suitability for a particular purpose. Browser memory, connectivity, and supported formats can limit operation. The site and these terms may change as features are updated.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Team Hypomnema does not accept responsibility for loss caused by relying on unverified output or failing to keep original files. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
