How to use Content Calendar
- Choose a day and add a title, time, platform, caption and campaign.
- Set the plan time zone, update statuses and filter the month or agenda.
- Save a JSON backup; export CSV or an ICS calendar for external calendar apps.
What are the limits of Content Calendar?
Up to 500 entries. Data stays in page memory; save JSON before leaving. Opening a backup replaces the plan and can be undone. CSV exports include all entries and escape formula prefixes. ICS exports create 15-minute planning events; IANA time zones are converted to UTC. Ambiguous or skipped daylight-saving times must be corrected. No automatic publishing, reminders or persistent scheduling.
