What are the limits of Pivot & Unpivot Data?
Pivot requires unique index + category combinations; aggregate duplicates first with Group & Aggregate. Unpivot preserves chosen identifier columns and emits a variable/value pair. Empty values can be retained or skipped. Output stays within the published cell and column limits. Inputs stay in browser memory. No workbook is created. Table limits: 5 MB total text, 25,000 rows, 64 columns and 200,000 cells; expensive operations have stricter limits. Processing can be cancelled.
