How to use Seamless Pattern Maker
- Choose a starting style and adjust its real dimensions, content or artwork. Add a photo when requested.
- Keep the preview beside the controls. Use Expand for precise touch drawing or dragging, and Undo/Redo for design changes.
- Review every sheet or frame. Export the artwork, or save an editable project to continue later.
What are the limits of Seamless Pattern Maker?
Repeats are periodic and include edge-wrapped motifs. Half-drop, brick and mirror modes export their complete rectangular repeat unit. Photo motifs retain their original background unless the uploaded PNG is transparent. Everything is generated locally. No uploads, AI model calls, external artwork, remote fonts or account connections. SVG text uses device fonts; PNG/PDF preserve the rendered appearance. Save a project to continue later; refreshing clears unsaved work. Images: PNG/JPG/WebP up to 12 MB and 16 MP, processed at at most 1024 pixels on the longest edge. Editable projects are limited to 8 MB. Print at 100% and check the calibration line before cutting. PDF contains raster artwork at the selected resolution; choose SVG for vector cutting or editing.
