- Set estimates and order, choose whether tasks may split, then build the plan.
- Review unplaced tasks and export the plan as CSV, PDF, PNG, ICS or an editable draft.
What are the limits of Daily Time-Blocking Planner?
A same-day clock window with up to 50 tasks and 30 non-overlapping fixed appointments. Fixed appointments must fit inside the window. Tasks follow list order; priority sorting is explicit. With splitting enabled, the entire task must fit across available gaps before any of it is scheduled. Unplaced tasks remain listed; unused time may include gaps too short for the next task. Times are resolved in the selected timezone before export; DST ambiguities are rejected. No automatic rescheduling or calendar-account access. Entries, names, booking references, notes and timer state stay in browser memory. No uploads, account connections, external model calls or automatic storage. Refreshing clears the workspace; explicitly save a draft or export to keep your work. Downloaded reports contain entered information. No messages are sent to clients, colleagues or travel providers.
