When to use CSV Compare

Compare two CSV exports by unique key and report added, removed and changed records with before/after values.

Compare two inventory exports by SKU to identify newly added products, removed listings and price changes without relying on row order.

Prepare, review and export

Choose exactly two files in before/after order.

Select the unique key in each table and choose case or space matching rules.

Analyze and review the cell-level change report, then export CSV or XLSX.

Limits that affect the result

Keys must be unique within each table. Comparison uses matching header names for non-key fields and reports actual cell values. Up to 5 MB combined and 25,000 report rows; use smaller files if changes exceed that limit.
