When to use CSV Editor
Edit CSV cells and headers, sort rows, undo changes and export CSV, XLSX or JSON locally.
Open a product export, correct a SKU without losing its leading zeros, sort by product name and save a new CSV.
Prepare, review and export
Open CSV, TSV or XLSX, or paste delimited text. Set delimiter and encoding before opening.
Edit cells and headers in the table, add or remove rows and sort by a column.
Review the complete data and download CSV, XLSX or JSON. Preview filters do not remove exported rows.
Limits that affect the result
5 MB combined, 25,000 rows per table, 64 columns and 200,000 cells. CSV formula protection is enabled by default. XLSX data uses text cells unless simple numeric conversion is selected; macros and formulas are never executed.
