Build a timed event schedule with speakers, transitions, fixed anchors and a live cue view.
Use and export
Choose the event start and timezone. Add ordered sessions, breaks and transitions.
Set owners, notes and optional fixed anchors, then build the timeline.
Use the live cue view, review anchor delays and export crew reports or a calendar.
Methods and limits
Up to 100 cues, each 1–480 minutes, in a 48-hour schedule. Owner, notes, type and optional minute-precision anchors are supported. Early schedules wait for anchors; overrun anchors move forward and show lateness rather than creating an overlap. The live cue indicator follows the published schedule and device clock, not actual attendance. Extending a cue recalculates subsequent times and anchor warnings. Times use a selected IANA timezone; ambiguous DST times require explicit correction. No stage-control hardware or speaker notifications.
Private processing
Entries, names, booking references, notes and timer state stay in browser memory. No uploads, account connections, external model calls or automatic storage. Refreshing clears the workspace; explicitly save a draft or export to keep your work. Downloaded reports contain entered information. No messages are sent to clients, colleagues or travel providers.
