A practical guide to readable carousel slides, thumbnail cropping, approximate post previews and branded QR codes.
Keep each carousel slide focused
Choose square or portrait dimensions and give each slide one clear message. The first slide introduces the idea, middle slides explain it and the final slide provides a takeaway. Start from an editable how-to, checklist or product-launch set, or paste up to 6,000 characters with blank lines between topics. The content organizer uses existing headings and splits long sections into continuation slides; it does not call AI or invent facts. Replacing slides offers one-step undo. Each slide can use a photo panel, full-photo cover, quote, checklist, statistic or CTA layout, with a vector icon and independent title/body sizing. Photos are validated before decode, resized to a maximum 1024-pixel edge and can be zoomed/repositioned; full-photo covers use a dark overlay with white text. Photo layouts require an image, and checklist layouts accept up to six items. Use a consistent brand handle, font and colors. You can add, duplicate, reorder or remove up to ten slides. When text is too long for its canvas, the tool reports an error instead of silently clipping it. Download a selected PNG, a ZIP of numbered PNGs or an image-based PDF. Exporting all slides validates every slide, even those not currently visible.
Design a cover that reads at a glance
Start with a short headline, then add a photo you have permission to use. Thumbnail Maker fits photos to the canvas with a cover crop; zoom and horizontal/vertical controls determine which parts remain visible. A dark overlay helps light text stand out. Try different positions and reduce title size if the preview reports overflow. The safe-margin guide is only a visual aid and is not part of the downloaded image. Standard YouTube, square, portrait and story dimensions are presets; platform requirements can change. Photos are limited to 20 MB and 16 megapixels, and exports do not copy source EXIF metadata.
Preview drafts without publishing them
Social Post Preview provides illustrative Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Threads and Facebook layouts with character and hashtag counts. It does not connect to those accounts, publish posts or predict engagement. Line breaks are preserved, while the Show more position is only approximate. Counts use Unicode code points; some platforms apply weighted rules to links, emoji and languages, particularly X. Always check the draft in the actual platform before publishing. Uploaded preview images are resized for display and are not original-quality downloads.
Brand a QR code without hiding its message
Use a dark code on a light background and retain quiet zones around all edges. Custom colors require at least 7:1 contrast. A small optional logo is rasterized to PNG and placed at the centre with a white safety patch; high error correction is selected automatically. Error correction does not guarantee that a logo, dense payload or tiny printed code will scan. Test the actual exported PNG or SVG with the intended phone/scanner at its final physical size before printing a batch. Codes remain static: no tracking redirects, expiring URLs or destination safety certification are added.
